Daryle McNair
Founder & President
Mr. McNair is graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. He is employed with Wells Fargo Bank as a Wholesale Relationship Associate in Commercial Investment Banking. He is proud member of the Prince Hall Masonic Family and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Mr. McNair is married to Stefanie McNair and they have one daughter Amiah.
Stephen Cathcart
Vice President
Dr. Stephen “Steve” M. Cathcart, Director of Diversity & Compliance Training for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, has facilitated workshops all over the United States as well as internationally. He is an expert in many areas of employee development including leadership, diversity, performance management, and customer service.
Steve has a unique blend of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has worked and consulted for Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and non-profit agencies. A lifelong resident of North Carolina, Steve was educated in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg public school system. He has both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science attained from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University, where he is currently an adjunct professor in the Masters of Adult Education Program. He earned a Doctorate of Education in Adult & Community College Education from North Carolina State University.
Steve is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and Prince Hall Affiliated Mason. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has many interests and several hobbies. Steve resides in Charlotte, NC and has two wonderful children, Kenneth and Mikayla Cathcart.
Stephanie McNair

Mrs. McNair is a graduate of Winston Salem State University. She received her Masters of Administration Degree from Gardner Webb University and Masters of Middle Grade Mathmatics from Fayetteville State University. She is a Dean of Students at Reedy Creek Elementary School. She is married to Daryle McNair and they have one daughter Amiah.
Ryan Howell
Fundraising and Technology
Mr. Howell is one of our younger and enthusiastic board members. He was and essential part of the fight against illiteracy in the Charlotte community by co-founding The Open Book Foundation which provided brand new books and ignited literacy programs in Title 1 elementary schools. He is a graduate of Mars Hill College and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. He is a husband and father of three boys.
